Our Company History

Harold, Cristian, Carlos, and Miguel.
The Soto family came to the U.S. in the 1990s from Chile. Harold spent
some time working for a cleaning company; while there he saw a number
of problems including mismanagement of employees and a lack of attention to
detail.
The company he worked for has since gone out of business. By
working long hours and connecting with customers, Harold managed to save up
money and earn a following of loyal clientele.
With this, and the assistance of his brother Cristian, he started Sanitech – a
company dedicated to providing the best service. Cristian studied design
at university in South America, and brings his sharp eye and creative vision
to Sanitech.
Sanitech is especially committed to bringing our customers the best quality
restoration/renovation services and floor care for your money. Our equipment
exceeds industry standards, and we use chemicals, equipment and materials tailored
to your needs rather than the one-size-fits-all solutions that many of our
competitors use. Above all our technicians are dedicated to pleasing
our clientele.
